Description:
CivilFEM can be interfaced with the GUI but users also can run Python scripts to automate and customize analyses. Python is an interpreted, interactive object-oriented programming language, totally integrated in CivilFEM.
Each tool or capability has a command: defining a geometric entity, creating a material, performing the mesh, applying loads, etc.
CivilFEM records every command into a file which can be very valuable as a means of recovering from a system crash or mistake because user may re-run the analysis saving a lot of time and also has its own Python Script Editor to create and execute code.
Python language becomes a powerful post-processing tool, providing CivilFEM a high level of innovation and versatility.
